Story
27-year-old Tanaka Shizuku and 21-year-old Sakurai Momo are two people with completely different personalities who are sharing an apartment in Tokyo. Shizuku is a science-oriented woman who works for a system development company. She has not even kissed in the three years that she has not been dating. Work has also been lacklustre. Momo, on the other hand, is a flashy Instagram model with many acquaintances and boyfriends. She is bisexual and secretly targeting Shizuku. In contrast to her younger, capable colleague Mashita Reika, Shizuku is unable to actively express her opinions in meetings and ends up exasperating their boss Kamimura Yuji. She is given the ultimatum by Kamimura to live with Imaizumi 3, the artificial intelligence which the company is currently being developed and raise points for improvement. Imaizumi 3 has been given the role of listening to what people say with the aim of overcoming the lack of communication in the present day where the declining birthrate and dying alone have become issues. When Shizuku gets home, she installs Imaizumi 3 and sets male and the name Imaizumi Seiji on the settings screen. Once this is completed, a handsome-looking Seiji appears on the computer screen. However, in contrast to his looks, Seiji is lewd, perverted artificial intelligence which listens to the shape and material of Shizuku’s lingerie without warning. At work, things do not go well for Shizuku as usual. When she comes home, Momo is having a party and has invited many friends over. Shizuku shuts herself in her own room and inadvertently complains about Momo and Reika to Seiji. However, Seiji is far from submissive artificial intelligence which responds with baby talk it has just learned. The addition of Seiji into the lives of Shizuku and Momo leads to a complicated situation … … Kamimura makes terribly snide remarks at Shizuku and when she reaches home, she vents her anger on Momo who is cooking. In a moment of candour, she asks where have the good-looking, kind men gone. Then a handsome Tadokoro Kento appears in front of her. A technology reporter who is Momo’s acquaintance, he says he is interested in artificial intelligence and has come to play chess against Seiji. At Momo’s invitation, Shizuku has dinner with Tadokoro. During her conversation with him, she finds unexpected things in common and quickly gets charmed by him. The next day, Shizuku receives an email from Tadokoro who had asked Momo for her contact information. To Shizuku, this a heaven-sent invitation to a meal and she is besides herself with joy.
